just thing that was kind of unusual was generally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by picking the various areas i could not figure out how to do that as somebody who has some nicer equipment i normally like to double check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd type of element but i was impressed by how everything worked you understand web-based things and not software-based things or like you know uh software resting on your computer sometimes isn’t as great you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was really impressed by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he appeared to know how to run all of it and it was really reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had posted a message however because of security reasons which makes sense none of the message was in my email i needed to constantly click onto the website to see things i kind of wish i might open that up however i understand that perhaps you do not desire your private information that is taking place in between therapist in your inbox i also got text pointers you know i needed to opt in for that however like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
whatever and you know quickly add it to my calendar but in general the technology was very impressive you know my therapist sent me some things and pdfs to process prior to our first meeting i filled it out turn it in i imply it wasn’t the most high-tech experience however it worked very well therefore i was really impressed with the general technology the next area is the real vice my counselor was really was really proficient and had a lot of experience and they were great and i enjoyed it they it was an excellent balance Working With Better Help
