only thing that was type of strange was typically you can change your audio and video inputs um by choosing the various locations i couldn’t figure out how to do that as someone who has some better gear i normally like to double check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd kind of element but i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based things and not software-based things or like you understand uh software sitting on your computer sometimes isn’t as excellent you know zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts is in in the cloud sometimes that could be hit or miss but i was very impressed by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to understand how to run everything and it was very reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had actually published a message but because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message was in my email i needed to constantly click onto the site to see things i kind of dream i might open that up however i understand that perhaps you do not desire your personal info that is taking place between therapist in your inbox i also got text pointers you know i needed to opt in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
everything and you know easily add it to my calendar but overall the technology was extremely excellent you know my therapist sent me some things and pdfs to procedure before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most modern experience but it worked very well therefore i was really satisfied with the overall technology the next area is the actual vice my counselor was really was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Talkspace Insurance Aetna
