only thing that was type of weird was generally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by choosing the various locations i could not determine how to do that as someone who has some better gear i generally like to double check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical nerd type of aspect however i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software resting on your computer in some cases isn’t as excellent you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts is in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was really pleased by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he seemed to know how to run it all and it was very reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him by means of messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had published a message but because of security factors which makes sense none of the message remained in my e-mail i needed to always click onto the site to see things i type of wish i could open that up but i understand that possibly you do not want your personal info that is taking place between counselor in your inbox i also got text pointers you understand i needed to choose in for that however like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
everything and you know quickly add it to my calendar however overall the technology was really excellent you know my counselor sent me some pdfs and things to process prior to our first meeting i filled it out turn it in i mean it wasn’t the most high-tech experience however it worked effectively and so i was very pleased with the total technology the next section is the real vice my counselor was extremely was very knowledgeable and had a great deal of experience and they were good and i enjoyed it they it was an excellent balance Sodapoppin Betterhelp
