just thing that was type of strange was typically you can alter your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various locations i couldn’t figure out how to do that as somebody who has some nicer equipment i typically like to check it’s using the right mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek type of component however i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you understand uh software application sitting on your computer system sometimes isn’t as good you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts is in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss however i was really pleased by the whole quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to understand how to run all of it and it was really reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him by means of messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had published a message however because of security reasons which makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i needed to constantly click onto the website to see things i sort of wish i could open that up however i understand that perhaps you do not desire your private details that is happening between therapist in your inbox i also got text suggestions you know i needed to opt in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
