only thing that was sort of odd was typically you can change your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various locations i could not find out how to do that as someone who has some nicer equipment i generally like to double check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd type of component but i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based things and not software-based things or like you know uh software application sitting on your computer system in some cases isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss however i was extremely pleased by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he seemed to understand how to run everything and it was extremely effective i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had posted a message however because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message was in my email i needed to always click onto the website to see things i type of desire i might open that up but i understand that perhaps you do not want your personal details that is taking place between therapist in your inbox i also got text tips you understand i needed to decide in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
everything and you know quickly add it to my calendar but overall the technology was very excellent you know my counselor sent me some things and pdfs to process before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i mean it wasn’t the most modern experience however it worked very well therefore i was really pleased with the overall innovation the next area is the real vice my counselor was really was really proficient and had a great deal of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Rushabh Gandhi Betterhelp
