only thing that was kind of weird was usually you can change your audio and video inputs um by choosing the different locations i couldn’t figure out how to do that as somebody who has some better gear i generally like to check it’s utilizing the ideal mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek kind of aspect however i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based things and not software-based things or like you know uh software sitting on your computer system sometimes isn’t as excellent you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was very amazed by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to know how to run everything and it was extremely efficient i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get emails that he had actually posted a message however because of security factors that makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i needed to always click onto the website to see things i type of wish i could open that up however i understand that maybe you don’t desire your private information that is taking place in between counselor in your inbox i also got text suggestions you know i had to choose in for that however like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
