only thing that was sort of odd was usually you can alter your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various locations i could not figure out how to do that as someone who has some nicer equipment i typically like to check it’s utilizing the best mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical nerd sort of component however i was impressed by how whatever worked you understand web-based stuff and not software-based things or like you know uh software resting on your computer sometimes isn’t as great you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts is in in the cloud sometimes that could be hit or miss but i was extremely amazed by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he appeared to understand how to run all of it and it was very efficient i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get emails that he had published a message but because of security factors which makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i had to constantly click onto the site to see things i kind of wish i could open that up however i understand that maybe you do not want your private details that is happening between therapist in your inbox i also got text suggestions you understand i needed to choose in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
everything and you understand quickly add it to my calendar however overall the technology was very impressive you know my therapist sent me some pdfs and things to procedure prior to our first meeting i filled it out turn it in i indicate it wasn’t the most modern experience however it worked effectively and so i was very pleased with the general innovation the next area is the actual vice my therapist was really was extremely skilled and had a lot of experience and they were great and i enjoyed it they it was a good balance Betterhelp V Talkspace
