only thing that was type of strange was typically you can change your audio and video inputs um by selecting the different locations i could not find out how to do that as someone who has some better equipment i generally like to check it’s utilizing the right mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical nerd kind of aspect but i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you understand uh software application resting on your computer system sometimes isn’t as excellent you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was very satisfied by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to understand how to run all of it and it was extremely reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get emails that he had actually published a message but because of security factors that makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i had to constantly click onto the website to see things i sort of wish i might open that up but i understand that perhaps you do not want your personal details that is happening in between therapist in your inbox i also got text reminders you understand i had to opt in for that however like 20 minutes before my session i had the ability to schedule
whatever and you know quickly add it to my calendar however overall the innovation was very excellent you know my counselor sent me some things and pdfs to procedure prior to our first conference i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most state-of-the-art experience but it worked very well and so i was very satisfied with the overall technology the next section is the actual vice my therapist was really was very proficient and had a lot of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was an excellent balance Betterhelp Trial Period
