not really essential but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually excellent really excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
