only thing that was kind of strange was generally you can change your audio and video inputs um by picking the various locations i couldn’t find out how to do that as somebody who has some nicer gear i typically like to double check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek kind of component however i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based things or like you know uh software resting on your computer sometimes isn’t as great you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts is in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was very impressed by the whole quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to know how to run everything and it was very efficient i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the thing is i would get emails that he had actually posted a message but because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message remained in my e-mail i had to always click onto the site to see things i type of dream i might open that up but i understand that maybe you do not want your private details that is taking place between therapist in your inbox i also got text tips you know i had to choose in for that however like 20 minutes before my session i was able to schedule
everything and you understand quickly include it to my calendar however in general the technology was really remarkable you know my therapist sent me some things and pdfs to procedure prior to our very first conference i filled it out turn it in i imply it wasn’t the most modern experience but it worked effectively and so i was really impressed with the general innovation the next area is the actual vice my counselor was really was extremely proficient and had a lot of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Betterhelp Sexual Counseling
