just thing that was sort of strange was usually you can change your audio and video inputs um by choosing the different areas i couldn’t determine how to do that as someone who has some better equipment i generally like to check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd type of element but i was impressed by how everything worked you understand web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software application resting on your computer in some cases isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was very impressed by the whole quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he seemed to understand how to run everything and it was extremely effective i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had actually posted a message but because of security factors that makes sense none of the message was in my email i had to constantly click onto the website to see things i sort of wish i could open that up however i understand that possibly you don’t want your personal details that is happening between therapist in your inbox i also got text reminders you know i needed to decide in for that however like 20 minutes before my session i had the ability to schedule
