only thing that was type of unusual was generally you can change your audio and video inputs um by picking the various locations i couldn’t find out how to do that as someone who has some better gear i typically like to double check it’s utilizing the right mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek type of component however i was impressed by how whatever worked you understand web-based things and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software application resting on your computer in some cases isn’t as good you know zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was really impressed by the whole quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to know how to run it all and it was really reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him by means of messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had actually published a message but because of security reasons which makes sense none of the message remained in my e-mail i had to always click onto the website to see things i kind of dream i might open that up but i understand that possibly you don’t want your private details that is happening between counselor in your inbox i also got text tips you understand i had to choose in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
