only thing that was sort of unusual was usually you can alter your audio and video inputs um by choosing the various areas i could not determine how to do that as somebody who has some better equipment i usually like to double check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek sort of element but i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software application sitting on your computer system sometimes isn’t as excellent you know zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts is in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was really satisfied by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to know how to run all of it and it was really effective i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had published a message however because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message was in my email i had to always click onto the site to see things i sort of desire i could open that up however i understand that perhaps you do not want your personal info that is happening in between counselor in your inbox i also got text pointers you know i needed to opt in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
whatever and you understand easily add it to my calendar but in general the innovation was very outstanding you know my therapist sent me some pdfs and things to process before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i imply it wasn’t the most state-of-the-art experience but it worked extremely well therefore i was extremely satisfied with the overall technology the next area is the actual vice my counselor was really was very proficient and had a great deal of experience and they were great and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Betterhelp Office
