not extremely essential however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a brief summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really great for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think likewise another actually great really great prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
