only thing that was sort of strange was usually you can change your audio and video inputs um by picking the various locations i couldn’t determine how to do that as someone who has some better gear i normally like to check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek sort of component however i was impressed by how everything worked you understand web-based things and not software-based things or like you know uh software sitting on your computer often isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was really impressed by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he seemed to know how to run all of it and it was really effective i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had actually posted a message however because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message remained in my e-mail i needed to always click onto the site to see things i sort of dream i could open that up but i understand that perhaps you don’t desire your private info that is taking place between counselor in your inbox i also got text suggestions you understand i had to opt in for that however like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
everything and you understand easily add it to my calendar however overall the technology was extremely remarkable you understand my therapist sent me some pdfs and things to process before our first conference i filled it out turn it in i indicate it wasn’t the most high-tech experience but it worked effectively therefore i was extremely satisfied with the general innovation the next area is the real vice my therapist was extremely was really skilled and had a lot of experience and they were good and i enjoyed it they it was a good balance Betterhelp Medcaid
