just thing that was type of weird was generally you can change your audio and video inputs um by picking the various locations i could not figure out how to do that as someone who has some nicer gear i normally like to double check it’s utilizing the best mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical nerd type of aspect but i was impressed by how whatever worked you understand web-based things and not software-based stuff or like you understand uh software application resting on your computer system often isn’t as great you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts is in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was really pleased by the entire quality and my my uh my therapist was older and he appeared to understand how to run everything and it was really effective i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had published a message however because of security reasons which makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i had to constantly click onto the website to see things i kind of dream i could open that up however i understand that possibly you do not desire your private information that is taking place between counselor in your inbox i also got text reminders you know i needed to choose in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
everything and you know easily add it to my calendar however overall the technology was really excellent you know my counselor sent me some things and pdfs to process prior to our very first conference i filled it out turn it in i indicate it wasn’t the most modern experience however it worked effectively and so i was very pleased with the total technology the next section is the real vice my counselor was really was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience and they were great and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Betterhelp Launch Press Release
