not very important however overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another really fantastic really excellent candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
