only thing that was sort of odd was normally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by choosing the various areas i couldn’t figure out how to do that as someone who has some nicer equipment i typically like to check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd type of component however i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based things and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software sitting on your computer system often isn’t as excellent you know zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was extremely satisfied by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to know how to run all of it and it was extremely reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had published a message however because of security factors which makes sense none of the message remained in my email i had to constantly click onto the website to see things i sort of desire i might open that up however i understand that maybe you do not want your private info that is occurring between counselor in your inbox i also got text suggestions you understand i needed to choose in for that however like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
whatever and you know quickly include it to my calendar however overall the innovation was really impressive you understand my therapist sent me some things and pdfs to procedure before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most modern experience but it worked extremely well therefore i was extremely satisfied with the general technology the next section is the actual vice my therapist was very was extremely proficient and had a great deal of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was a great balance Betterhelp Exposed
