just thing that was sort of strange was typically you can change your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various locations i couldn’t figure out how to do that as somebody who has some nicer equipment i typically like to check it’s utilizing the best mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical nerd type of aspect but i was impressed by how everything worked you know web-based stuff and not software-based things or like you understand uh software resting on your computer system often isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts is in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was very pleased by the whole quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to know how to run everything and it was extremely effective i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had actually published a message but because of security factors which makes sense none of the message remained in my e-mail i needed to always click onto the site to see things i kind of wish i could open that up however i understand that perhaps you don’t desire your private info that is occurring between therapist in your inbox i also got text pointers you know i had to decide in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i had the ability to schedule
whatever and you know quickly include it to my calendar but in general the technology was really excellent you understand my therapist sent me some pdfs and things to process before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most high-tech experience but it worked effectively and so i was extremely pleased with the total technology the next area is the actual vice my therapist was very was really experienced and had a lot of experience and they were good and i enjoyed it they it was a good balance Betterhelp Everly Vanover
