only thing that was sort of weird was normally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by selecting the different locations i could not figure out how to do that as somebody who has some better gear i normally like to double check it’s using the best mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek type of aspect but i was impressed by how everything worked you understand web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you understand uh software application resting on your computer sometimes isn’t as great you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts is in in the cloud sometimes that could be hit or miss but i was very satisfied by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to know how to run all of it and it was really reliable i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had posted a message but because of security reasons that makes sense none of the message remained in my email i needed to always click onto the website to see things i type of desire i could open that up but i comprehend that possibly you do not want your private information that is happening in between counselor in your inbox i also got text suggestions you know i had to opt in for that but like 20 minutes before my session i was able to schedule
