therapist that data goes away Better Help Queer… at least gain access to from your end and but for example you arrange everything within the app you um you meet the video technology it’s kind of like a google hangout that’s built into the the real site and the video was great um my my my therapist had the video on it worked very efficiently um the Better Help Queer

just thing that was kind of unusual was normally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various areas i could not determine how to do that as someone who has some nicer gear i usually like to check it’s using the right mic input not a big deal but that’s more of a technical geek kind of component but i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based things and not software-based things or like you understand uh software resting on your computer often isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud in some cases that could be hit or miss but i was really amazed by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he seemed to know how to run everything and it was really effective i was impressed by the engagement from him via messaging uh the important things is i would get emails that he had posted a message but because of security reasons which makes sense none of the message remained in my email i needed to always click onto the site to see things i type of wish i could open that up but i understand that maybe you do not desire your private info that is taking place between counselor in your inbox i also got text suggestions you know i had to decide in for that but like 20 minutes before my session i had the ability to schedule
whatever and you understand easily add it to my calendar however overall the technology was really remarkable you understand my counselor sent me some things and pdfs to process before our first meeting i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most modern experience but it worked very well therefore i was very satisfied with the general innovation the next area is the real vice my counselor was extremely was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was an excellent balance Better Help Queer
