just thing that was type of strange was typically you can change your audio and video inputs um by choosing the various areas i couldn’t find out how to do that as somebody who has some nicer gear i usually like to check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical geek kind of component however i was impressed by how everything worked you understand web-based stuff and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software application sitting on your computer in some cases isn’t as excellent you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer versus google hangouts remains in in the cloud often that could be hit or miss but i was extremely impressed by the whole quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to understand how to run everything and it was really efficient i was impressed by the engagement from him by means of messaging uh the thing is i would get emails that he had actually posted a message but because of security factors that makes sense none of the message was in my email i needed to constantly click onto the website to see things i kind of wish i might open that up however i comprehend that possibly you don’t want your private info that is happening between counselor in your inbox i also got text reminders you know i needed to decide in for that but like 20 minutes before my session i was able to schedule
everything and you know quickly add it to my calendar however overall the technology was very outstanding you understand my counselor sent me some pdfs and things to process before our very first meeting i filled it out turn it in i suggest it wasn’t the most modern experience but it worked very well and so i was very impressed with the total technology the next area is the actual vice my counselor was really was really skilled and had a great deal of experience and they were excellent and i enjoyed it they it was an excellent balance Alzheimers Betterhelp
